Teresa has focused on the planning and management of major construction programs, workforce and labor strategy, and the prevention and resolution of complex claims. She has served as both the Manager of Project Services and the Construction Contract Strategy Manager for Southern Company, a leading US producer of electricity. In these roles, she was responsible for the redevelopment and implementation of Project Controls and Project Management Office for over $10 Billion of capital projects. Teresa was also responsible for the planning and execution of the contract strategy for the $16 Billion environmental scrubber and new generation programs. In addition, she played a key role in the negotiation of the $17 Billion Vogtle Units 3 & 4 engineering, procurement, and construction contract. Before rejoining Southern Company, Teresa served as CEO of Vulcan Industrial Contractors. Under her leadership, the company expanded territory and service offerings, EBITDA grew, safety performance improved, and the company developed key alliances. As a consultant with both Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen in dispute resolution services, Teresa focused on large, complex construction disputes.

Michael Criscitiello

Michael Criscitiello has over 40 years of industrial project experience in the petrochemical, energy, refining, metals and electronics industry sectors. Working for Union Carbide Corporation and Praxair, Inc., he has managed engineering and construction projects in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Korea, China and Malaysia, including expatriate assignments in Korea and China. In addition, Criscitiello has been Director of Capital Procurement for Praxair, responsible for capital equipment and construction sourcing worldwide. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has personally negotiated and administered EPC contracts in excess of $100 million. Criscitiello has been very active in construction industry organizations, serving on the Board of Advisors of CII and serving as President of the Board of Trustees for the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT).
